Cabaret Rehearsals at UNCA
The students at the University of North Carolina Asheville have been working hard in rehearsals for CABARET, running April 17-26 at the Carol Belk Theatre. This production marks the last for the Drama Department, and we're going out with a bang! I've had fun developing movement for this musical - can't wait to add costumes and lights to the mix. Scene Writing Residency at Johnston Elementary
I had an absolutely JOYFUL time leading a scene writing residency for the 4th graders at Johnston Elementary in Asheville. The curriculum combined creative writing and theatre, culminating in original scenes written and performed by the students.
